Return, Exchange, Refund & Shipping Policy

  • Chocolate Product

    At Addlore, we recommend using our functional mushrooms consistently for 2-3 weeks to fully experience their long-term benefits. Additionally, please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for any chocolate products, whether Sealed or unsealed. This policy ensures the highest standards of quality and safety for our customers. Once a product has left our warehouse, we cannot resell it due to strict protocols.
    However, if you have extra chocolates, consider sharing them with a friend it’s a great way to spread joy while helping to reduce carbon emissions. We appreciate your understanding and support in maintaining these standards.

    Merchandise

    For clothing items, size exchanges may be accommodated upon request, depending on availability. All exchange requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery for consideration. Please note that returns or exchanges are not accepted for any other merchandise. We value your cooperation and encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

  • Damaged Products

    If you receive damaged or defective chocolate products or merchandise, please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery at orders@addlore.com. To assist with your request, kindly include your order details along with clear photos of the damaged items. Our team will carefully review the issue based on the assessment and provide either a replacement or a refund. We are committed to ensuring the quality of our products and appreciate your prompt communication in such cases.

    Order Cancellations

    To request an order cancellation, please email us at orders@addlore.com. Cancellations can only be processed if the order has not yet been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. We recommend reaching out as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order to ensure that it can be processed in time.

    At Addlore, orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday). You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed. However, order acceptance depends on product availability and to ensure fair access for all customers, we reserve the right to limit quantities if needed.

    Shipping Methods

    At Addlore, we partner with trusted third-party couriers to ensure your orders are timely delivered to your place. When available, we’ll provide online tracking so you can follow your package every step of the way. While delivery dates are estimated, please note they are not guaranteed. In the rare case that your order is split into multiple shipments, we'll cover the cost for the remaining items ensuring you receive your full order without any extra charges.

    Before placing your order, please note that Addlore’s shipping policy includes quoting shipping fees at checkout, which may vary depending on your location and order size. Additionally, applicable taxes will be added before you complete your purchase.

    We reserve the right to update, modify or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements or the services we offer. Any revisions will become effective immediately upon being posted on our website. We encourage you to periodically review this policy to stay informed about how we are protecting your information.
    In addition to posting updates on our website, we may also communicate significant changes via email to registered users, ensuring that you are promptly informed of any important alterations to the policy. By continuing to use our services after any modifications to this policy, you acknowledge and agree to the updated terms.

    Once your order is handed over to the carrier, the title and risk of loss transfer to you. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we are unable to guarantee exact delivery dates or times. You will be able to track your order through the courier’s website. To keep you informed, delivery notifications will be sent via email, providing you with all the details needed to monitor your package’s progress and expected arrival.

    Important Notes

    All products offered on our platform are intended for personal use and are not to be resold. The resale of any items purchased through our services is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any products at our discretion, ensuring we maintain a curated and high-quality selection for our customers.

    Product pricing may change without prior notice due to market fluctuations or adjustments in our pricing structure. In the event of significant changes to any product, we will notify you accordingly to keep you well-informed. Please note that, at present, we do not ship outside of India and only offer shipping within the country.

    We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


    Exceptions / non-returnable items
    Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


    European Union 14 day cooling off period
    Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


    Refunds
    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
