What does it taste like?
Dark chocolate, 50% cacao, bean to bar. Cacao solids, cane sugar,
sunflower lecithin and real vanilla — that is the whole base.
Cordyceps and
lion’s mane are in there, so the finish is a little earthier than a plain bar
of the same percentage.
How does it fit into a morning?
One square is a serving. There are sixteen in a tin, so a tin is sixteen
days if you have one a day.
It is chocolate, so it needs no water and nothing measured — which is
